Let's Do This
Mental Health Month is coming to an end, but that doesn’t mean we should stop raising awareness. It’s important to be aware of your own mental well-being and others’ all year round! Take some time to reflect with the young people in your life about what they have learned about mental health over the past 30 days. Ask them if they’ve learned anything that surprised them, or if they’ve already had a chance to apply some of the things they’ve learned. Be sure to mention that there is no bad time to talk about mental health and review the things they can do to maintain their mental well-being:
