The Importance of Mental Health Check-Ins

Let's Do This

We are over halfway through Mental Health Awareness Month. If you’ve been talking about mental health with the young people in your life, we applaud you and hope it’s going well. On the other hand, if mental health hasn’t been a topic of discussion lately - it’s never too late to start! A great way to start (or continue) a conversation about mental health is by doing a check-in.

A large part of overall well-being is knowing that there are people in your corner who support you and are there for you. This is an important element of all strong relationships! So the next time you are talking with the young people in your life, remind them that you are in their corner and ask them how they are really doing.

Stay Inspired
