TMP Impact Profile: Crossroads Foundation

TMP provided customized cultural humility and peer mentor training to Crossroads Foundation's youth, facilitating virtual sessions as needed to eliminate barriers to participation.  TMP also played a critical role in helping Crossroads complete the National Quality Mentoring System, resulting in the development of an improvement and innovation plan that defined areas of strength and strategic growth.
