April 16, 2025 LENS Meeting:  Using Design Methods to Help Your Team Align on Priorities
Wednesday, April 16, 2025
12 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. EST
Virtual Session

In times of change and uncertainty, it can be challenging to pinpoint and agree on our most pressing priorities. In this interactive session, TMP Staff will share a series of design methods that you can use to level-set with your team and understand what's most important to them right now. You'll receive templates, resources, and facilitation guides to help lead productive and effective discussions that support collaboration and alignment within your organization or program.

All mentoring and/or youth-serving organizations are encouraged to join!  Click here to register.

Space is limited. You must be registered to attend. Registration will close once the training is full or two days before the scheduled session. This session will be held via Zoom, and the link will be emailed a few days prior to the session. Trainings may be canceled if there are insufficient registrants.
