Deepening Our Mentoring Relationships

Mentoring college students is a whole new ball game.  It requires mentors to reflect on themselves and how they interact with young adults by understanding their expectations for the relationship, examining their assumptions and bias and learning where their boundaries lie and how to communicate with them.
