TMP Impact Profile: Providence Connections

Since 1994, Providence Connections has worked to advance a holistic, family-centered approach to building community so that all Northside children and families can thrive.  Providence Connections sought help to craft a program design that ensured long-term sustainability and established a firm foundation between the organization and key community partners.

TMP provided customized technical assistance to help Providence Connections understand and leverage mentoring best practices.  Through a series of one-on-one meetings, we worked with PC to center strong relationships within its programmatic efforts and also helped them identify short- and long-term goals.

• Hosted training for staff and students on cultural humility.
