Relationships are powerful tools. They have the potential to inspire and motivate, create quality systems of support, and ultimately change lives. For young people, so many of those connections are formed and developed during their time at school. That’s why it’s critical that we are intentional about what those relationships look like and how they are distributed.

The Mentoring Partnership's Relationship-Centered Schools Framework helps schools use a data driven and consultative process to create relationship-centered webs of support for their students.  The initiative aims to partner with school districts and schools to identify both strengths and gaps in relationships and work together to develop comprehensive action plans that focus on improving belonging and connection for all students.  We use a consultative approach to help organizations and individuals prepare to become positive influences in the lives of youth, fostering mentor-rich environments both inside and outside of the classroom.
Why should schools intentionally center relationships? What are the steps to becoming a "Relationship Centered School"?  How can you use data to build those critical webs of support?
Join TMP for this 1-hour virtual session and learn how your school or district can leverage the power of relationships!
