Meet Abby Seeley, TMP's Director of Training and Program Development

TMP is excited to share that Abby Seeley has joined our team as the Director of Training and Program Development! Abby will oversee our programmatic work with mentoring programs, school administrators, community leaders and volunteers to ensure that high-quality mentoring is available and provided to youth in Western PA.
Abby started her career as a special education teacher in Denver, CO and then Washington, DC. After moving to Pittsburgh, she spent five years with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Pittsburgh, running mentoring programs across the city and Allegheny County, including elementary school mentoring, Be A Middle School Mentor, and the mentor2.0 program at Brashear High School.
After making a move to Literacy Pittsburgh, Abby had the opportunity to further develop her leadership skills by building the agency’s enrollment team as the Enrollment Manager and then Director of Enrollment.
