The Mentoring Partnership is hiring for two exciting positions that will work to grow mentoring in our region and beyond!
The Director of Training and Program Development will work with mentoring programs, youth program leaders, school administrators, and volunteers to ensure that high-quality mentoring is available and provided to youth in Western PA. Key focus areas for this position are program development and training for staff and volunteers, and the ability to deliver services through new and existing programs.
