After 26 incredible years of leadership, dedication, and heart, our Executive Director Colleen Fedor will be retiring from The Mentoring Partnership at the end of this year. Colleen has been the steady force behind our mission for decades —building connections, championing mentoring, and inspiring countless relationships that have changed young lives across our region.
As we celebrate Colleen’s remarkable legacy, we’re also thrilled to share that Kristan Allen, our Associate Executive Director, will be stepping into the role of CEO of TMP. For 16 years, Kristan has been an integral part of our growth and success, leading with compassion, collaboration, and a deep belief in the power of mentoring.
This transition marks both a moment of reflection and excitement for what’s ahead. We’re grateful for Colleen’s visionary leadership, Kristan’s continued commitment, and for you—our mentoring community—for walking alongside us every step of the way.
