As a continuation of our Self-Care session in August, we will be joined by Dawn Lehman of Awaken Pittsburgh to discuss Mindfulness techniques that will help us navigate both daily interactions and challenging situations.
Awaken Pittsburgh's proprietary approach is firmly rooted in current research and scientific literature. We find that the impact of mindfulness practice reported by our participants and unearthed through our own studies consistently aligns with the findings of institutions we follow and trust.
