Taking Time to Give Thanks

Let's Do This

As we celebrate both Thanksgiving and Thank Your Mentee Month, now is the perfect time to remind the young people in our lives (and ourselves!) to make time to practice gratitude.  This week, take a moment to reflect on the things you are grateful for.  Ask your young people to do the same.  Reflecting together fosters a positive connection and sets the stage for more conversations about appreciation.
