Strong Relationships to Combat Loneliness

Let's Do This

Last year, the United States Surgeon General released a report declaring loneliness an epidemic. While feelings of loneliness and depression increased during the pandemic, studies show that loneliness and its long-term effects continue to rise, particularly among Gen Z.

While there is no quick fix to the loneliness epidemic, mentoring is part of the solution. As a caring adult, you can build strong relationships with the young people in your life to ensure that they feel supported.
