Challenge Growth

Out with the Old, In with the New (Year’s Resolutions)

Let's Do This

The end of the year is quickly approaching, making it a perfect time to review the goals you set for this year. Take a moment with your young person to reflect on achievements and areas for growth. Have a conversation about the things you are proud of and what you’d like to do differently in the year ahead.

Before the clock strikes midnight on New Year’s Eve, take some time to write down what you want to prioritize in the coming year. Is it self-care? Finding a new hobby? Involve your young person in this goal-setting process, creating an opportunity to discuss how you both can support and keep each other on track!

Stay Inspired

Ensure that the goals you are setting are SMART. Need help coming up with new year’s resolutions. Check out this list of New Year's Resolutions for Children and Teens.
