Checking In Even When Things Seem "Fine"

A quick “How are you really doing today?” can open the door to meaningful conversation. Mental health isn’t always visible, so showing you care consistently makes a difference. Pick a day this week to intentionally check in with a young person. 

  • Take a short walk together
  • Color or draw
  • Make a gratitude list
  • Try a 5-minute breathing exercise
