Remake Learning Days is Back October 13th and 14th!

On Thursday, October 13th, President Obama will host the White House Frontiers Conference in Pittsburgh to explore the future of innovation here and around the world.

To celebrate the President’s historic visit to Pittsburgh and to help celebrate its ten-year milestone, the Remake Learning Network is announcing the return of Remake Learning Days on October 13th and 14th, where the public will have the chance to visit 9 Remake Learning partner sites and take part in future-forward, hands-on learning.

What is Remake Learning Days?

The first-ever Remake Learning Days, fondly called "the world's largest open house for the future of learning," was held May 9-15, 2016. Nearly 30,000 kids and adults attended more than 270 events held throughout Southwestern Pennsylvania and West Virginia that celebrated hands-on, engaging learning for the 21st century in schools, museums, libraries, community spaces and more.

Remake Learning strongly believes in the President’s vision of innovation and in making sure everyone is included. Tom Kalil, Deputy Director of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, called Pittsburgh’s Remake Learning Network a model for the country when it comes to creating innovative, 21st century learning experiences for kids in and out of school.
