At a time of information overload, where we're all inundated with information every moment of every day, it can be hard to develop compelling and consistent messaging that not only gives people a true understanding of your organization, but also gets them excited about your work.

If you're looking for an opportunity to evaluate your organization's current messages and work with other organizations to get and give feedback to refine your communications, then you won't want to miss our April LENS meeting on Peer-Guided Message Mapping!

Join Kristan Allen, TMP Director of Marketing and Communications, as she facilitates this interactive session designed to help you hone in on your target audiences and update your messaging to really resonate with those you're trying to reach.

During this workshop, you'll be paired with another organization and will work through a guided, step-by-step evaluation of target audiences and message review.  We will require you to do a little bit of homework, but trust us, it'll be worth it!

Section 1: Identifying Audiences

*Homework: We'll share a worksheet that will ask you to list the audiences you're currently targeting with your communications and audiences you’d like to reach that you haven’t yet. You'll need to send this back to us in advance of the workshop!


Section 2: Refining Key Messages

*Homework: We'll ask you to bring a maximum of 4 samples of marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, other materials currently in use) with you to the meeting to share in small-group breakout sessions.  


Section 3: Targeting Messages

We'll work together to take the key learnings from the above two sections and tailor them to create more targeted outreach.
